Zimmara accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, & Discover credit cards. Zimmara also accepts personal & business checks.
NEED A COPY OF YOUR CREDIT CARD RECEIPT?
Customers may request a receipt after an event by either emailing hcarrier@zimmara.com or by calling 617-651-1627. Please note the type of credit card and the last four digits of your card number in your email or if leaving a telephone message.
CUSTOMER RETURNS
Zimmara ordinarily does not accept returns except in the case of defective products. Please contact us to discuss a return prior to shipping it back.
SHIPPING
Zimmara will confirm with you via email that your order has been received. Please add us to your address book to avoid accidental filtering of any future correspondence; we may need to contact you if there are stock issues, or if we have any questions about your order.
Continental U.S.
Please let us know if Priority Mail is not an option at your shipping address. Priority Mail sometimes results in shorter ship-times (2-3 days coast to coast, Saturday delivery). Our standard shipping charges (UPS or Priority Mail delivery to anywhere in the continental U.S., based on destination and size of the order) are as follows:
Books and folded maps: $5.50 base charge + $1.00 for each book and $0.25 for each map
Oversize books: $8.50 base charge + $2.00 for each item
Most orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days. Standard ground delivery orders take approximately 2 to 10 calendar days from the date you order. We are in Massachusetts. The closer you are to us, the quicker your order should arrive. Please keep this in mind for expedited shipping requests, and adjust shipping methods accordingly.
Expedited Shipping
You will receive a quote by email or telephone for expedited shipping for your confirmation. If your order shipped via UPS 2-Day or Next-Day Air you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail from UPS at the time Zimmara ships your order.

USPS Express Mail
When necessary, please indicate whether you would like Saturday delivery (for an additional fee) or Monday delivery.
For all expedited shipments the shipping charge will be the carrier's rate plus a $2.00 handling charge.
Alaska & Hawaii
UPS 2nd-Day Air, USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail are our preferred methods of shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. We will base our shipping charges on rate schedules.
Canada
Canadian orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail to Canada. UPS shipping is not available for Canadian customers.
Canadian orders are subject to duties and taxes by Canadian government entites.
Any such duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer once the package reaches the destination and cannot be determined in advance. We recommend that questions be directed to local customs offices for details on how these charges are assessed and applied.
Mexico
Our standard shipping method is USPS Global Priority Mail. We will base our shipping charges on USPS rate schedule or on alternative expedited shipping options.
Other Overseas Addresses
We will confirm your order via e-mail and advise you of the shipping costs and anticipated delivery time. Please let us know about your delivery time frame and cost parameters.
